Mine had a few issues which I didn't have the time to sort, so I sold it to someone who was prepared to do the work. Just check the blade tensioner works properly, the tyres aren't too worn and give it a good test. Good luck! Appreciate this is an old post, but what would you say is a sensible price for one of these junior Whitehead bandsaws in rough, but useable condition. Just trying to buy one at the moment and it looks like £150-250 is about right...maybe more for something that is mint. How do you find the saw, is it ok to setup and cut true?
