I attached cleats on the side to support the shelves and glued and screwed everything together. I left the original holes, because this was a “quickie”. I find them charming.Demir Leather & Furniture
jhonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08258690520992269231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7306427826258479906.post-47900103302112344142015-03-06T14:25:32.177-08:002015-03-06T14:25:32.177-08:00Hi Mark, I look forward to hearing how you get on ...Hi Mark, I look forward to hearing how you get on with it. The small cutter does try to grab the work more so a firmer hold is required but it gives a nice clean burn free cut. I've been running my router at half speed anyway so this wasn't much of a change for me. Andrew Crawford uses a very similar shaper and even smaller cutters. It comes with 12 and 8 mm collets and you need a sleeve to use with 1/4" but it holds them rock solid, unlike my router! I hope this helps, David. If you say it does I will have to reconsider my decision. Where did you buy it? Love the flip stop. Particularly for us amateurs who have limited access to them, but still want to know the how's, what's, and wherefore's of them.

Nice new addition to the workshop!!Frankhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03372715157591337440noreply@blogger.com
